Sincerely, Skyline Home Inspection, LLC WA State Licensed Home Inspector # 679 WSDA Structural Pest Inspector # 80588 Associate Member of ASHI® (American Society of Home Inspectors) Professionally Trained AHIT® (American Home Inspectors Training Institute) University of Washington Alumni FAQ How long will the inspection take? A thorough inspection takes time. Size, age and condition are factors. A typical home takes 2 to 3 hours to inspect. What will the inspection cover? The inspection covers all items required by WA State and ASHI standards of practice. What should I do before the inspection? Verify with your realtor that all utilities are on. Water, electricity and gas need to be on so components can be tested. What should I do if the home is winterized? The home needs to be de-winterized prior to inspection. Your realtor can contact the listing agent to make arrangements to have this done so the home is ready to inspect. When will I receive the inspection report? The inspection report will be given to you at the end of inspection. You will also receive an inspection summary that will be sent by email by the end of the next business day. What will the inspection cost? Our price is competitive, call now for price. 425-256-0363 Washington State Standards of Practice ASHI® Standards of Practice ASHI® Code of Ethics ASHI® (American Society of Home Inspectors) is the largest, most recognized home inspector association and sets the highest standards for the home inspection industry. |
